The location and the view are INCREDIBLE. We were literally opposite the Royal Palace with a view of the gardens of Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace. The room was very nicely furnished with comfy beds, very spacious, nice decorations and a clean and well equipped bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lovely, authentic atmosphere to the hotel.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Super clean. Super functional. Minimalistic but tasteful modern decor and fittings. Interior window. Lighting excellent. Super comfy bed. Room dark and so quiet overnight. Excellent sleep Wifi fast and stable Such good value for money. I would very highly recommend
