Everything was amazing. The most important thing was the personal touch and the service. Nick and luca welcomed us so nicely and offered their help and suggestions with everything. There is a free alcoholic drink in the afternoon including very profesional cocktails which we drank at their beutifull garden. The room was beutifull and exactly like in the picture ans also very spacious and clean.

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Train station very close by. The breakfast across the street at a café was good, too. Above all, most helpful and kind people in charge. Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

We enjoyed everything, from the architecture, to the decoration, breathtaking views, breakfast was super delicious and with different options of cakes/salty both mornings of our stay.. I can express my happiness enough. It was one of the most beautiful places I visited and I will definitely be back (plus recommend it to my friends and family)

The location was convenient, as there are frequent and direct links to Santa Maria Novella and other areas of Florence. It was quiet and peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and the living space was very comfortable. We were even offered beverages and help around the city. The owner even suggested restaurants, one of which was run by his brother. We got a 20% discount and the food was incredible. The owner also spoke great English, which was helpful as our Italian was very patchy!

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.
