Our favorite place to stay in Florence! Beds are so comfortable that we wanted to stay longer to get real sleep! Luca with his final touch and professionalism make you feel like you are in a 5 ⭐️ Hotel and more than that! Location couldn’t be better!

Every thing was just great about the place. Amazing view and its not on the main street so its quite all day. Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.

We enjoyed everything, from the architecture, to the decoration, breathtaking views, breakfast was super delicious and with different options of cakes/salty both mornings of our stay.. I can express my happiness enough. It was one of the most beautiful places I visited and I will definitely be back (plus recommend it to my friends and family)

The room was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The host was exceptional, ensuring our comfort and providing everything we needed. He checked in with us daily via text and recommended fantastic restaurants and tourist spots. For our anniversary, he left a chilled bottle of Champagne in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Upon checkout, he called a taxi and arrived early to help with our bags. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.

The location was convenient, as there are frequent and direct links to Santa Maria Novella and other areas of Florence. It was quiet and peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and the living space was very comfortable. We were even offered beverages and help around the city. The owner even suggested restaurants, one of which was run by his brother. We got a 20% discount and the food was incredible. The owner also spoke great English, which was helpful as our Italian was very patchy!

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.
