Almost New rooms. Very clean and well set up. Plenty of parking right in the middle of town. Motel was fully booked and we got a larger disability access room which was the best set up I have seen. Close to the highway but got a very good nights sleep. The owner said that being new, the rooms were insulated to the current standard.

The property is situated on 5 acres of landscaped grounds and features conference rooms and free on-site parking. by far the best motel we stayed in Australia. Nice and very spacious rooms and huge parking per room directly in front of the room. Beautiful garden and pool area, the garden is really big and incredible. Very peaceful and the rooms are quiet too

Bünyesinde restoran ve bar bulunan Colonial Terrace Motor Inn, Raymond Terrace Market Place'e 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelde yüzme havuzu bulunmaktadır. We really enjoyed the facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was suitable for a family of 6 (there was only 4 of us but enough beds for 6 comfortably - plus no bunks 🙂). We only stayed overnight and had an enjoyable time. The pool was night and the grounds kept beautifully.

Loved that it had a two-seater lounge and everything that we needed for an overnight stay. Spotless and very comfortable Would highly recommend.
